St. Augustine Health Campus is ready to meet your needs:  Skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, and child care.  We offer a continuum of care that celebrates and empowers each person to live a life of independence, purpose and well-being.
 

Since 1969, St. Augustine Health Campus has provided health care and related services to the area poor, chronically ill, frail elderly -- many of whom would not receive care elsewhere.  All 350 residents are cared for with love and compassion in an atmosphere that emphasizes "life-giving" not life limiting.  We serve people of all ages, regardless of religion or financial status.  In addition to the frail elderly, St. Augustine provides specialized care for those with traumatic brain injury, HIV/AIDS, MS, stroke and those in need of end-of-life care.  

For the second year in a row, St. Augustine Manor received a Deficiency-Free Rating on the annual unannounced survey by the Ohio Department of Health.
