About Us

St. Augustine Manor was founded in 1969 by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Cleveland to provide quality health care to the elderly. Today we have evolved into St. Augustine Health Campus, a multifaceted organization serving people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.

The mission of the St. Augustine Health Campus is to continue the healing ministry of Christ by promoting the quality of life and independence of each person entrusted to our care.
