About Us

St. Augustine Manor was founded in 1969 by Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Cleveland to provide quality long-term care to the area’s aging. Today we have evolved into St. Augustine Health Campus, a multifaceted organization serving people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life through our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, long term care and the Child Enrichment Center.

St. Augustine Health Campus is located on Cleveland’s near west side, just moments from Lake Erie and downtown,  with easy access from the Shoreway and I-90.

As the a cornerstone of the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood for the past 39 years, St. Augustine Health Campus is located in a vibrant community filled with culture and diversity.  

Just as in our neighborhood, people of all ages, races and income levels call St. Augustine their home. We believe that it is important for all people to have equal access to quality care and senior housing ~ thus our commitment to remain in the city! 

Our team of staff and volunteers know that honoring those we serve is about respecting your voices, goals, preferences, and gifts in addition to serving your needs. At St. Augustine, you’ll find a staff that believes there is nothing more important that you! It is our honor to be able to assist you and your family through various stages of life.
