St. Anthony Adult Day Center, part of the St. Augustine Health Campus, is a PASSPORT-certified, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides a structured daytime program for older adults in Lake and Eastern Cuyahoga counties who can benefit from daytime care and supervision, yet do not require 24-hour nursing care.  

Our caring staff includes professionals who are trained to care for the frail elderly and disabled. Enrollment is based on an individual assessment by a team of professionals to determine specific needs and appropriateness of adult day services. 

We serve people who have:

• Alzheimer's Disease or dementia
  
• Developmental disabilities
  
• Physical disabilities (e.g. cerebral palsy, paralysis)
  
• Need assistance with personal care
  
• Frail elderly 

Transportation is available throughout most areas of Lake and Eastern Cuyahoga counties (northbound to the lake, westbound to East 140th, eastbound to Route 91, and southbound to Mayfield Road). Please contact us for more information at 440-943-7800.
