The monthly fee includes all utilities except phone and cable. There are no hidden fees and no entry fees. A wide array of services available are included in your monthly fee.

Twelve styles of suites are available with different rates, sizes, and views to meet individual residents’ preferences. Each apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator and a private bathroom with shower. Tasteful, neutral decor complements your favorite furniture and keepsakes.

Regardless of the suite styles all residents receive the same great services including three specially-prepared meals daily, housekeeping services, twenty-four hour security and more.
