There is simply no greater opportunity in town for gracious and affordable assisted living than St. Augustine Towers on the St. Augustine Health Campus. The rates are reasonable because we believe people of all incomes deserve to have access to affordable assisted living.

Monthly all-inclusive fees for studio apartments begin under $800. One bedroom apartments begin at $1,355. The monthly fee includes all utilities except phone and cable. There are no hidden fees and no entry fees. The wide array of services available are included in your monthly fee.

Several styles of suites
are available with different rates, sizes, and views to meet individual residents’ preferences. Each apartment has a kitchenette with refrigerator and a private bathroom with shower. Tasteful, neutral decor complements your favorite furniture and keepsakes.

Regardless of the suite styles all residents receive the same great services including three specially-prepared meals daily, housekeeping services, medication monitoring, twenty-four hour security and more.

Common areas offer places to get together with friends or family or to enjoy moments of solitude. Picture reading the paper in the library, a fire ablaze in the fireplace. Perhaps you would enjoy a game of cards in the parlor. Whether you prefer socializing in the recreation room, gardening on the patio, or reflecting in the lovely stain glass chapel, you’ll find yourself at home at St. Augustine Towers.
