St. Augustine Manor

Skilled, LTC, Rehab

UNIT MANAGER - RN
A motivated, positive leader and role model is needed to guide and support the unit team. Will be directly responsible for daily unit management, as well as providing and supervising clinical care. Is responsible for the development of unit-specific policies. Requires strong clinical, management and communication skills. At least 3-5 yrs skilled nursing experience required.

SUPERVISORS
OH RN or LPN. Full-time or part-time, 3pm to 11:30pm. Must have a strong sense of leadership and a commitment to quality care. Full administrative and clinical responsibility. Three to 5yrs experience needed. Supervisory experience preferred.

WOUND CARE NURSE
Certified, full-time, Mon-Fri. Coordinates nursing care & management of: pressure sores, draining wounds, fistulas and ostomies. Utilizes physical assessments. Determines nursing diagnoses. Works cooperatively with all licensed caregivers and other resident service departments.

Attention all Nurses and STNA’s!
We have increased our PRN rates for Nurses and STNAs and there are 2 different PRN programs to choose from.

RN - $25 to $27/hr

LPN - $23 to $25/hr

STNA - up to $12/hr

STAFF RN’s & LPN’s
Full-time and part-time openings. Flex scheduling, available. Dedication to quality of life for LTC residents is vital. Must have the ability to work cooperatively & respectfully with all staff. LTC experience, required.

STNA’s
Full-time and part-time. PRN at great new rates! Positive, self-motivated care-givers wanted. Must be highly responsible and dedicated to LTC residents. At least 1yr of long-term care experience, required. Must have a high school diploma or GED.

MEDICAL SECRETARY
Full-time, Monday thru Friday, day shift. Minimum, 3yrs experience, preferred. Nursing home experience, preferred. Successful candidate will be a motivated, reliable, upbeat team player who enjoys daily interaction with long-term care residents. Position requires a solid knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices. Strong clerical skills essential. Must be computer literate.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY - Lead Clinician
SIGN-ON BONUS. Lead Clinician needs a minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience treating adult neurogenic/ rehabilitation population.

Staff OTR/L & COTA
SIGN ON BONUS! NEW GRADS WELCOME! Full-time or part-time OT & COTA positions available, as well as PRN. Geriatric, LTC experience, preferred. This is a unique opportunity to deliver treatment to a broad spectrum of patients. Friendly, supportive environment.

RELIEF COOK
FT, includes every other weekend. Must
able to work any shift. Experience in
healthcare will be given preference. Recent experience with fast-paced, quantity-cooking, a must. Must have high standards and a positive, team work attitude. Must be able to read, write and understand English.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Our Rehabilitation Services Dept. has a PRN opening for an OH licensed SLP. Experience with neurologically impaired adults and dysphagia, preferred. This is a unique opportunity to deliver treatment to a broad spectrum of patients. Friendly, supportive environment.
