STNA’s
Openings available on all shifts, with a $1/hr shift diff. for 2nd & 3rd shift. Positive, self-motivated care-givers will excel as part of our resident-centered team. Must be highly responsible and dedicated to LTC residents. A stable work history with at least 2 years of steady, long-term care experience, is required. Must have a high school diploma or GED.

RN’s and LPN’s

Openings available on all shifts, with a $1/hour shift diff. for 2nd & 3rd shift. Our nurses provide hands-on, direct care. Compassion and cooperation are essential qualities for our nurses. You will be a role-model for the STNA’s on your unit, providing them with supervision and guidance. A minimum of 2 years long-term care experience is required.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

Personable and compassionate professional needed for this highly visible position. Must have long-term care experience. Assessment skills are required.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Full-time OTR/L needed. If you're a NEW GRAD, we'll pay up to $10,000 on your student loan! If you’re an experienced OTR/L, you can sign-on for a generous Bonus. We offer outstanding rates. A full-time, dedicated, self-motivated Ohio LSW is needed for our fast-paced, skilled nursing unit. Long-term care experience is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital.

We are also expanding our Rehab Services PRN Pool: Excellent PRN rates for licensed occupational and physical therapists, LPTA's and COTA's.
