Nursing

 

RN Unit Manager

Skilled/LTC floor.  The ideal candidate will possess: strong leadership skills; strong verbal communication skills; a commitment to quality care; clinical & administrative accountability; excellent management skills; a high degree of professionalism; and superior clinical skills.  Candidates must have at least five years of experience in long-term care with at least two years of supervisory and management experience.  Current, valid, unencumbered OH RN license, required.  No phone calls. 

 

RN:Full-time, 2nd shift

A minimum of 2 years experience is required, preferably in long-term care. Communication skills that excel in a culturally diverse workplace are essential.  Must exhibit the qualities of a dedicated, professional care giver and role-model.

 

 STNA’s 

Part-time positions are available on second and third shifts for professional, compassionate care-givers. Our STNA’s need to be highly responsible and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our residents.  Excellent attendance is expected.  Must have verifiable and stable work history with at least two years experience in long-term care. High school diploma or GED is required.

 

REHABILITATION SERVICES

Staff Therapists
 Currently, we have full-time openings for a Physical Therapist and a COTA/L.  We have PRN openings for the following positions:

 

~ Occupational Therapist
~ Physical Therapist

~ Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
~ Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

~ Speech/Language Pathologist


All Therapy staff must be licensed by the
state of Ohio.  A minimum of two year’s experience in long-term care or other geriatric-care setting is required.  Will deliver treatments to a broad-spectrum, adult population.  We offer outstanding benefits and competitive rates.

PATIENT ACCOUNTS CLERK

Full-time.  Will be primarily responsible for tasks involving daily cash receipts and resident trust accounts.  Tasks to include, but are not limited to:  light data entry; updating spreadsheets and logs; processing withdrawal and deposit transactions for residents; and posting and balancing certain cash deposits with A/R.  Must have a sincere desire to promote the well-being of long-term care residents and be genuinely sympathetic to their needs.  One year’s experience in customer service and cash management, or related area, preferred.  Computer literacy, a must.  Experience with MS Excel and Word, preferred.  Bilingual in Spanish and English would be ideal.  Must have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

STNA’s & HHA’s

We have immediate openings for STNA’s & HHA’s for our Home Healthcare service.  Bi-lingual caregivers (English/Spanish) are especially needed.  We currently have patients throughout the Cleveland (west) and western/southern suburbs. We are looking to fill full- and part-time shifts, particularly 7a - 12p & 5p - 9p.  At least one year’s experience in healthcare/LTC or home care setting is required.  We will consider training outstanding new STNA’s.  Reliable transportation and dependability is essential.  OH STNA/HHA Certification and high school diploma/GED, required.  We will consider eligible nursing school students.
