For over four decades, St. Augustine Health Campus has been the cornerstone of our community, serving those in need of assistance due to age, illness or disability.

As a not-for-profit, faith-based organization, we are committed to providing high quality, compassionate care in addition to the programs and services that give life meaning and hope. 

St. Augustine Health Campus relies on the generosity of families, friends and the community for support. Government assistance, supplemental insurance and support from Catholic Charities cover only a portion of the entire cost of care and services provided. Read more on why your gift is so important...

No Gift is to small. You Make the Difference!

There are many ways you can support St. Augustine

Outright Gifts: Gifts of cash are the easiest gifts to make. Cash gifts may offer direct tax benefits. Gifts of cash may be designated to a particular program, event, need or  established fund. Learn more about designating your gift and special giving opportunities

In-Kind Donations:  Contribution of supplies, equipment and services help us dramatically reduce our expenses. Contact the Development Office at 216-939-7602.

Memorial or Celebration Gifts: Monetary gifts can be made in memory of, or in honor of, a loved one or for a special occasion, such as an anniversary, birthday or wedding.

Corporate Matching Gifts: Companies often match charitable contributions made by employees, their spouses or retirees.  Please check with your Human Resources department to see if your employer will match your donation.

Bequests:  Consider naming St. Augustine in your will by designating a specific dollar amount or a percentage of the balance remaining in your estate after all other specific bequests, expenses and taxes have been paid. You can remember St. Augustine when you create your will or add a bequest to an existing will or estate plan as a codicil by using the following language: "I give and bequeath (insert amount or % of  my estate) to St. Augustine Health Campus, with its main office at 7801 Detroit Ave., Cleveland, OH  44102 to be used for (insert general purposes, assisted living, hospice)  

Retirement Plans: You can assign annual dividends from policies or designate St. Augustine as a beneficiary or as a secondary beneficiary of an insurance policy, IRA, 401(k) or other retirement plans. You can designate a specific dollar amount or a percentage.

Stock:  Gifts of appreciated stock can be made at any time. Stock is transferred to St. Augustine's brokerage account, at which time St. Augustine sells the stock. Call the development office at 216-939-7602 for information on mailing or electronic transfer of stock. You receive a tax deduction with the value of the stock at the time of transfer.
